Chris Dant founded Dant Insurance Agency as a small insurance agency on the Southside of Indianapolis in 1982. Chris had a vision for a unique type of insurance agency. Unique in the sense that the agency would be customer focused and offer a level of service unmatched in the insurance industry.
Dant Insurance Agency started business with a single client whose records were maintained on an index card. Dant Insurance Agency initially marketed life insurance only. There were no computers or other high tech equipment, just the determination of an agent to provide great service.
30 years later, Dant Insurance Agency has grown to a staff of 10 and we serve many thousands of clients. Our staff is experienced and knowledgeable. We now are a full-lines agency, offering personal lines insurance as well as commercial lines insurance, in addition to specialty areas of insurance.
Also, Dant Insurance Agency believes in giving back to the community, so you will see us sponsoring and participating at various worthwhile events throughout the year.
